History
Chip tried to defend his father against the Red Triangle Circus Gang, when they came to abduct Max. Later the Penguin tried to kidnap Chip, as part of his plan to kill all first born sons in Gotham. However, Max managed to convince the Penguin to let Chip live and take him instead.
