Chief Justice was the commander in charge of First Strike.

History

His first mission was to arrest or kill the members of the Freedom Fighters on behalf of S.H.A.D.E. The team was unsuccessful and Propaganda was killed in the field. Retreating to S.H.A.D.E. headquarters, Father Time berated him for his actions. Then claiming millions of tax dollars had been spent on him, Father Time asked Chief Justice to pick a finger and promptly snapped it off, reasoning the Strike Force was government property and he could do what he wanted with it. Chief Justice was then demoted to second-in-command and Americommando replaced him. He took part in subsequent skirmishes against the Freedom Fighters and was defeated each time.
