Chief Parker

Chief Parker is the chief of police in Smallville, Kansas. This lead him to many encounters with the young Superboy, who assisted the police department in capturing criminals. Superboy even gave Parker a signal that would help contact Superboy in times of need. Chief Parker was created by Alvin Schwartz and Curt Swan, first appearing in Adventure Comics #225. (1956)
