- China White was created by Andy Diggle and Jock, first appearing in Green Arrow: Year One #3. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, China White first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in New Super-Man #9 by Gene Luen Yang and Viktor Bogdanovic.
