The Children of Dionysus is a new cult in Gotham City led by a "Chaos Monster". They engaged in painful activities for "enlightenment" and abducted vulnerable teens attracted to their message.

History

Eventually, they kidnapped Bernard Dowd and were about to sacrifice him, but they were interrupted by Robin, who freed the boy.[1][2][3]
