Chip Cooper is a high-ranking member of A.R.G.U.S. on Earth-Prime. He was eventually reassigned to C.E.M.A..

History

Chip Cooper joined the A.R.G.U.S. and later became the Director of its Technology and Science division.

In 2020, after the Flash defeated the techno-wizard Abra Kadabra, Cooper came to Central City to bring him to an A.R.G.U.S. prison; during this journey, he also met Mecha-Vibe. Days later, Cooper welcomed Kristen Kramer to A.R.G.U.S. headequarters as she was seeking the metahuman cure.

Not long after their first meeting, Cisco was contacted by email by Cooper. After the disappearance of the Forces, Cooper contacted him again, asking him for an answer.
