Lord Chondrakha, also called Kamo, is an ancient Hawaiian deity from a remote Hawaiian island. He was revered as a god by the surrounding population. He is also the father of King Shark.
History
After learning of the existence of Superman, Amanda Waller began seeking a controllable "Superman" for their own purposes. Kamo was captured and taken to Belle Reve, where they found him to be uncontrollable and too powerful to use. He was locked away. Four years passed before Amanda Waller released him, because she was chased down by his son King Shark.[1]

- Superhuman Durability: As a god Kamo is incredibly durable, he has been burned by Etrigan's hellfire and suffered almost no damage.[2]
- Superhuman Strength: Kamo possesses incredible superhuman strength, even while in shark form he has been able to overpower both Etrigan and Gentleman Ghost with ease.[3]

- Animal Control: As the god of sharks Chondrakha can control sharks and other types of fishes.[4]
- Telepathy: Chondrakha can broadcast his thoughts to others.[5]
- Necromancy: Kamo once reanimated a dead fish and used it to comunicate with his son.[6]
- Dimensional Travel: Kamo can open portals to the The Red.[7]
- Metamorphosis: Chondrakha can assume humanoid form.[8]
- Healing: Lord Chondrakha restored the strength and health of his son through magic.[9]
