Citizen Abra was a magician from the 64th Century.

History

Feeling he wasn't getting enough attention, he travelled back to the 21st Century and became a supervillain codenamed Abra Kadabra.

When the Super Friends partnered with Colonel Lane's Mammoth Circus, Abra Kadabra attacked the circus. He freed the animals and created a hurricane. After being captured, The Flash took him back to the future.
