Chief Clancy O'Hara was a longtime police chief of Gotham City.
History
Though he was often in the background and never took the "spotlight," he was always by Commissioner Gordon's side, as he was very loyal to him.
O'Hara was one of the hardest-working cops in the force, and though often frustrated by the many puzzles and tricks offered by Gotham's super-villains, he was quick to condemn those criminals.
Tragically, O'Hara was the first victim of murders by the Hangman killings.[1]
He was happily married, though it is unknown if he had any children.
