Clarence Simms aka Cyclotron was a living bomb.

History

He was a one-time-only Suicide Squad member, having been promised freedom. The only reason he was sent on a mission to Jangsun was to kill the others if they stepped out of line. Instead, he organized a double cross to take the island's God-Engine for themselves. For that, Amanda Waller first hired Lobo to kill him and then activated the bomb in his body, detonating him.
