Synopsis for "The Slayer"

Now that King Occulas is dead, Valkan wanders the world, and he arrives to a land of constant battling, where some mercenaries see his fighting skill and the power of his gloved hand, which they falsely appropriated to the metal gauntlet, and they steal it. Claw, who is fatigued from gods and his demon hand influencing his life, lets them get away, thinking also, that the glove was controlling him. Valkan gets a job as a swordmaster, but it quickly dawns on him that he is getting more and more aggressive, and the glove was there to limit the influence of his demonic part. During the first skirmish with the troops he trained, they are attacked and as the battle was going on, Valkan got more fired up, not even watching whom he slayed. In the end he remained alone on the battlefield atop a field of corpses, with one soldier who wanted to surrender, he killed him too. Realizing what he had done, Claw made a grim decision, and cut off his demon arm, to finally free himself.
