Clay Parker was a criminal in Central City.

History

Parker was locked up in Iron Heights before Shawna Baez, his girlfriend, used her new teleportation powers to break him out.

Together, Parker and Baez went on a crime spree in order to pay back a mob boss, avoiding the new superhero known as the Flash. While being chased by the Flash, Parker abandoned Baez and made his getaway.
