Clyde Harris believed he was Batman.

History

Clyde Harris was a man suffering with mania. He killed his family, claiming they were involved with The Joker. He was placed in an insane asylum, but was released once he couldn't afford his treatments anymore. After reading about the exploits of Simon Petrarch, he became a serial killer, believing himself to be Batman. He was eventually found by the real Batman and brought to justice.
