Clyde Mardon is the brother and partner-in-crime of Mark Mardon, better known as the Weather Wizard.
History
When Mark was apprehended by Citizen Cold, Clyde was either killed or ran, according to Mirror Master, who saw the wreckage of their base from the Mirror World.
