Synopsis for "Constellation Prize"
Liam James is a man living New York who worked as an elder care worker and part-time DJ. He wakes up from a knock on his door to accept a delivery. After working his shift at the nursing home, Liam goes to a nightclub to DJ. After a power outage at the club, he goes home.
While opening his front door, Liam is sucked into a Black Hole defined by the dimensions of his apartment. Stuck in an empty space, a black entity approaches Liam. Liam asks what it is and where they are, it replies to both with "Home." The entity then jumps into Liam's chest.
Liam is then woken up by Trippy, Liam's friend. After discussing the argument Liam had with his girlfriend, Jocelyn, Tripp tells him they haven't seen him in three days. Liam gets up and goes to the gas station where he talks to Chaz, the previous owner of the gas station who died in 2002, 17 years ago.
Freaked out, Liam runs out and into an alley way. While trying to calm down, a man points an alien rifle at Liam, proclaiming "you have something I need." The man says he is only there to take out a threat to the galaxy, the Black Hole. Liam, not by choice, teleports away. He lands in the Stonehenge, confused how he got there.
