Colonel Lane was the founder of Colonel Lane's Mammoth Circus.

History

When the circus was low on funds, Carnie Callahan proposed that the performers pose as the Super Friends. When the Super Friends discovered the act, they agreed to help with the show. In response, Abra Kadabra attacked the circus, Lane helped lead the audience to safety and comfort the kids. In gratification, he and the rest of the circus was hired by the Wayne Foundation.
