The Composite Superman was a clone of Superman and Batman augmented with the powers of other members of the Justice League of America.
History
He was created by Professor Ivo as one of a series of failed stillborn clones prior to the creation of Amazo, and was buried by Ivo along with his brethern.
Many years later, this particular clone awakened and attempted to replace Superman and Batman. This included fighting several of their foes and kidnapping Lois Lane and Tim Drake.
Finally, the mentally unstable Composite Superman was driven to suicide.

- This character was very loosely based on the Pre-Crisis character of the same name.
- A character resembling the Composite Superman is seen in one panel of Justice League: Cry for Justice #3. It cannot be determined whether this is the same character returned to life or someone else.
