Condor and his partner the Swan are enemies to the super-heroes Hawk and Dove. He works for a mysterious organization, and he targets Hawk because Hawk is an avatar of war. It is shown that he has a tendency to eat his victims. When not using his powers, he appears to be an elderly man. There is later a second Condor named Benjamin Reyes who becomes a member of the Birds of Prey. Condor was created by Sterling Gates and Rob Liefeld, first appearing in Hawk and Dove (Volume 5) #1.
