After Constantine was retroactively introduced into the Arrowverse continuity, this episode featured the first appearance of Magic.
Constantine's words from the first scene of the series are somehow reminiscent of his Vertigo Universe incarnation's words from Hellblazer #41.
The (unnamed) Medusa Mask will reappear in the Arrow episode, "Elseworlds, Part 2".
- Its name will be eventually revealed in the "Training Day" story from Earth-Prime #5.
