Constantine Drakon was the chief of security of Adam Hunt.

History

When Arrow threatened his boss, Drakon put a team together to protect Hunt but Arrow killed the whole team. It was Constantine who nearly killed the vigilante with a bullet but Arrow survived the attack and killed Drakon with an arrow.
