Constantine Drakon is one of the world's premier martial artists and a foe of both Green Arrow and Batman.

Drakon was one of several assassins who were brought in to collect the bounty placed on Jimmy Olsen by Mister X.[1] He was also one of the martial artists invited to compete in a death tournament on Lazarus Island.[2] He was killed by Drenched in the tournament, but like all contestants, was resurrected.[3]
