The Control Squad was a team of high-tech super-agents funded by billionaire Bruce Wayne in his efforts to take down the rogue Justice League.

History

They were led by field agents Ted Kord and Michael Carter. After Superman revealed himself to the world and the League proved their good intentions, Wayne began publicly funding them and added the former Control Squad members to the team.
