Corky Baxter was the younger brother of Bonnie Baxter.

History

He was a real rebel in ways, and often caused trouble for Rip Hunter and his team. He once traveled back to the prehistoric era without permission and was almost killed by dinosaurs. This incident made it impossible for Rip to use him to travel through time again, and because of this, he felt useless on the team, and ultimately committed suicide by hanging himself.
