"Creeper" Jackson is an elderly gardener who created several types of flowers including Black Orchids, Venus Roses and Octopus Plants, who turned his creations on Lars Lang when Lars falsified documents giving himself all of Jackson's property and businesses while Jackson was laid up in the hospital and then tried to kill Jackson.
History
"Creeper" Jackson tried to target Lars with his Octopus Plants after Lars made an overt attempt on his life and sent police to evict Jackson from the shed that had originally remained in Jackson's name as it wasn't included in the documents Lars had initially gotten hold of. Unfortunately the plant grabbed Lars' daughter Lyra instead. Jackson decided to make due and, after ensuring Lyra didn't suffocate, held her for ransom to try and get Lars to return his stolen property and admit to his forgery. Lars was too proud and still planning to kill Jackson himself so this didn't work, and the Holliday Girls got themselves entangled in Octopus Plants when they came to investigate the kidnapping. In the end Lars and Creeper were forced to come to an agreement under the eye of Wonder Woman.
