Curtis Holt is a vigilante from Star City known as Mister Terrific, who later became the head of research and development at A.R.G.U.S.. Curtis was originally a bronze medal Olympic athlete who began working with Felicity Smoak at Palmer Technologies. There, he created a pair of automated drones called T-Spheres as part of the program "prototypes for the future", and later became a member of Team Arrow and the Outsiders. He was also the husband of Nick Anastas and the ex-husband of Paul Holt. Even though an original creation to the Arrowverse, Curtis adapts some elements from the DC Universe character Michael Holt.
Curtis Holt was created by Marc Guggenheim, Keto Shimizu, first appearing in the Arrow episode The Candidate (2015).
