Notes
- This episode takes place one day after the epilogue of the Season 5 finale, "Swan Thong".
- It is revealed that Sara Lance was abducted by the alien Kayla in the epilogue of "Swan Thong".
- Gary Green is revealed to be himself an alien as well as the companion of Kayla. His glasses are actually an image inducer.
- In order to defeat Kayla, Sara leaves the alien warrior and some of her abducted aliens to be scattered through the history.
- According to Nate's words, Sara's affair with Alex Danvers still happened in the Post-Crisis continuity.
- However, as it is revealed in The Flash episode, "Marathon", it happened during the invasion of time-traveling Nazis instead of the Earth-Xers' like in the Pre-Crisis continuity.
Trivia
- Ground Control to Sara Lance is a reference to a line from David Bowie song, Space Oddity.
- The destruction of the D.E.O. at the hands of the Leviathan commander, Rama Khan, which was shown in the Supergirl episode, "The Missing Link", is mentioned by Gideon.
- The Legends meeting with David Bowie is a nod to the British singer being the inspiration for John Constantine in the comics.
- Spartacus was first mentioned in "The One Where We're Trapped On TV".
