- The Legends fix the creation of an altered timeline where George Lucas didn't make movies: this caused Ray Palmer and Nate Heywood to never respectively become a scientist and an historian.
Trivia
- Nate renaming the Legion after being inspired by an Hanna-Barbera cartoon which is a reference to the Super Friends TV show that featured the Legion of Doom for the first time.
- In 1967, Rip Hunter was making a film entitled "Legends", based subconsciously off his previous adventures. The film included parallels of the team members, Rip himself, and Vandal Savage.
