Malcolm Merlyn joins Damien Darhk and Eobard Thawne in their evil plan to find the Spear of Destiny.
- As he already has his cybernetic hand, he was extracted from the timeline some time after the events of the Arrow episode, "Beacon of Hope".
In this episode, the Legends prevents Al Capone from creating an alternate timeline where he eventually became the Mayor of Chicago after murdering Eliot Ness and escaping his arrest for tax evasion.

Eobard Thawne uses a modified version of his appearance-stealing device to impersonate Martin Stein, like his original self did with Dr. Harrison Wells.^[1]
