Notes

  • The opening scene takes place on July 3, 1977, three days after the epilogue of "Dancing Queen".
  • Supernatural is revealed to be a tv show in the Arrowverse continuity.
    • According to Sara's words, the crew was filming its Season 15 by the time it's slaughtered by Atropos.

Trivia

  • The title of the episode is a reference to the phrase "Sorry, Not Sorry".
  • Atropos targeting the Supernatural crew is a nod to the character being one of the most dangerous enemies of Sam and Dean Winchester in their universe. Atropos is also one of the few villains that the brothers couldn't defeat at all.
    • Curiously, despite being the strongest Fate on Earth-Prime, Atropos is also the weakest of the Fates in the Supernatural Universe as, according to her words, Clotho and Lachesis are more powerful than her.
  • Supernatural being filmed in the fictional Vancouver mirrors the real series as well as the Arrowverse tv shows being filmed in the same location.
  • Zari Tarazi seeing a cat as a manifestation of Zari Tomaz is a nod to the latter previously being turned into a cat in the Custodians of the Chronology timeline from "Hell No, Dolly" and "Legends of To-Meow-Meow".
