Synopsis for "Superweapon"
In Leningrad, the Bombshells are discussing Dr. Hugo Strange. Dr. October reveals he's an amoral geneticist whom the Communist government has sheltered and funded in exchange for a weapon. They also gave him permission to experiment with any and all political prisoners. Strange has created some kind of super-weapon via genetic engineering, which he'll undoubtedly sell both Soviets and Nazis. Since the entity possesses an unique heat signature, October has been able to design a device which will enable the Bombshells track it down. Lois Lane and Reaper head off to find said super-weapon.
On Dr. Strange's secret lab, Supergirl and Power Girl's battle rages on. Power Girl has the upper hand and wonders how she can be Kara's clone when she isn't like Supergirl. Supergirl replies she doesn't want Power Girl to be like her. She doesn't want to be like herself, either. She wants to be like her sister, Stargirl. Kara tells she and Kortni enlisted in the Night Witches and fought until they defected when they figured out they were the Government's propaganda and war tools. And now her beloved sister is gone because of people like Hugo Strange.
Lois and Reaper head to the Church of the Savior of Spilled Blood. They slip into the temple, noting it's been utterly robbed and plundered by the Soviet State to fill their leaders' pockets, and find a secret access to Strange's subterranean complex. To Lois' astonishment, Dr. October's device has located three abnormal heat signatures.
Lois and Reaper make their way to the arena where Supergirl and Power Girl are battling. They see both women fighting and Steve Trevor locked up in a cage dangling from a high ceiling. Strange commands Power Girl to fight on and gloats over creating an armada of superhuman clones with which purge the world.
Supergirl destroys Strange's intercom and tries to reach Power Girl out. Power Girl accuses Supergirl from spending months wrapped up in her grief while people died. Supergirl replies she didn't do such a thing. She was hurt after the Battle of Britain, but she still fought alongside Wonder Woman in secret.
Power Girl realizes Supergirl kept fighting despite being broken and hurt for her sister's memory, and understands Supergirl didn't betray her own people.
Lois and Reaper, who have been watching the whole scene, decide it's time to be more proactive. Reaper wrecks the installation's power grid. This accidentally breaks the chain attaching Steve's cage to the ceiling, and he falls down. Before Supergirl can save him, Power Girl catches Steve. Seeing Supergirl risking her own life to protect a mere human has helped her make a choice. She frees Steve and pounces on Hugo Strange, enraged.
Lois and Reaper make their presence known, and Lois Lane greets Kara. Power Girl rejoins them after pounding Strange into the ground, and suggests to skedaddle. Reaper wants to take vengeance on Strange, but Power Girl will not let her. Instead, she reveals there's another Supergirl clone.
The group descends one level. They find themselves in a subbasement where Strange keeps his experimental subjects emprisoned. They used to be the political prisoners of Leningrad, but Strange has turned them into aberrant, mindless monsters.
Power Girl leads them to a cell where Supergirl's second clone is jailed... Superman. Power Girl reveals Hugo Strange intended to purge him because Superman didn't look like him, and wouldn't fight.
As they talk, Hugo Strange turns up and sets his creations on them. The heroes barricade the cell's door. Power Girl tells Superman refused to leave without her, and she wouldn't leave without him, but the roof of the cell is too strong for the pair of them, even combined.
But it isn't too strong for three super-humans. Supergirl scoops Lois up, Power Girl picks Steve up and Reaper clings to Superman, and the three of them smash through of the roof and fly uo, up and away.
As she flies, Kara feels good for first time in months. Her sister's love and loss defined her, but maybe she can finally get over Kortni's death and move forward.

The title is in reference to Power Girl, being created as Russia's secret weapon after Supergirl and Stargirl "betrayed" the motherland.
