Synopsis for "Combat, Part 2"

Batwoman makes it to Berlin and meets up with Lex Luthor, who introduces her to Catwoman. Thanks to Catwoman, Katherine attends a secret necromancy ritual orchestrated by the Joker's Daughter where Tenebrus turns a deceased German soldier into a Tenebrae.

Harley Quinn arrives at a French greenhouse and meets the owner, Pamela Isley. Pamela -Poison Ivy- works for Catwoman as a smuggler, but her life is worth of nothing nof France has fallen. Harley tries to persuade Ivy to join her, but Pamela only wants Harley out of her home. Still Harley saves her from a squad of German soldiers, and both girls are off and heading for Berlin.

In Russia, Supergirl and Stargirl decide to desert after learning that the Communist government planned to use them to murder political dissenters that knew of the skeletons in General Arkayn's closet. Kara and Kortni take the prisoners of a soviet camp to safety and head back to their village to rescue their parents before Arkayn slaughters everyone.

Both girls arrive at their hometown, which seems disturbingly quiet and still. The locals are still alive and staying within their cottages. Kortni can tell it is a trap and blames herself for risking her family's lives. She was the one talked her sister into leaving their home and going in the Night Witches. Kara blames herself for everything, though, and after hugging her sister and remembering her they have taken every step together, tells Kortni head to the nearby forest while she goes into their home.

General Arkayn is holding Supergirl's parents Ipati and Varvara at gunpoint, and not even she is fast enough to save them. Kara is presented with two choices: surrendering and becoming a guinea pig for a madman who looks to breed super-soldiers, or leaving her foster parents die. Ipati and Varvara are not scared of Arkayn, though, and encourage their daughter to run away.

Right then a Swamp Thing comes, drawn by Kortni's pleading and praying for help. Supergirl and Stargirl pick up their parents and fly away during the ensuing melee, but the soviets manage to capture Ipati again. Kara refuses to leave him behind, but Ipati urges his daughter to take her mother and sister and fly far away. Hating hersel for it, Kara obeys.
