Synopsis for "The World's Finest Supervillain Hideout"
Lex Luthor presents the Hall of Doom to Joker as their new base of operations and comes up with a new name for their team: Legion of Doom. He also introduces Bizarro, Captain Cold and Cheetah as new members. Joker, content with the new acquisitions, goes ahead and plans to make his LaffFactory go out with a bang, but not without getting Batman trapped inside.
