Synopsis for "Barely Legal"

Now officially an IO strike team, DV8 deploys to Yurgovia to retrieve a deep cover operative from captivity. At IO headquarters, Ivana Baiul assumes her new role as Director to the chagrin of her subordinates. Ben Santini advises her to adopt a more congenial approach. He also reveals the existence of the IO Black Arts Bureau led by Dominique Faust. In an underground facility in Yurgovia, DV8 rescues the operative but faces heavy opposition. Threshold refuses to lead so Frostbite directs the team to open an escape route. Gnome, who controls the facility, observes their escape and orders his forces to let them go. In McLean, Baiul calls Faust and is infuriated to learn Faust does not report to her. On the helicopter ride back from Yurgovia, Threshold kills the recovered operative and reveals he was trying to get DV8 killed during the mission.
