Synopsis for "Three"

Evo, Frostbite, and Sublime walk through the snowy Siberian wilderness, recalling how the rest of the team abandoned them following a battle with ex-KGB arms dealers.  An injured Evo was left behind as DV8 fled in a helicopter, but Frostbite and Sublime dissented and came back for him.  Eventually, the three come across a recently abandoned town. They explore it, and Sublime learns from documents she finds that it is a Russian science city.  Suddenly, they are attacked telekinetically by a boy cyborg named Piotr.  Another such child, Yelena, stops him and explains they are genetically engineered and cybernetically enhanced superhumans called Three-Strings.  More of them appear, and they share how they rose up and killed their parents.  Russian military forces arrive and begin shooting the Three-Strings, killing Yelena.  Evo, Frostbite, and Sublime flee as the children retaliate with their powers.  A helicopter appears overhead with an unconscious Threshold dangling from it on a cable.  Powerhaus explains that the rest of DV8 disobeyed orders and decided to come back for them. As the team flies away, they watch the Three-Strings overwhelm the Russian troops and head toward Moscow.
