Dabney Donovan is a scientist who worked for the billionaire Morgan Edge.
History
At some point in time, Dabney Donovan began working for the villainous businessman, Morgan Edge. Around 2015, Donovan came with his employer to Saskatchewan where they found X-Kryptonite residuals.[1]
Years later, he began overseeing Edge's Kryptonian-creating project in Smallville. He was present when Emily Phan was turned into a Kryptonian, mentioning that her body totally accepted the X-Kryptonite.[2]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Superman & Lois and is an adaptation of Dabney Donovan. The original character was created by Karl Kesel and Ty Templeton and first appeared in Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #142.
