Dr. Dabney Donovan is a brilliant yet eccentric scientist and former head and co-founder with Paul Westfield of the Cadmus Project. He did not believe in the boundaries of laws or human rights, and that there should be no restriction on experimenting with the human genome.
History
Dr. Donovan is responsible for creating various genetic creations. He created the Hairies, a group of mentally enhanced hippies who developed a unique habitat that blended science and nature. He later created the DNAliens, genetic experiments created from alien DNA, these creatures normally possess super strength or telepathic powers such as Dubbilex.
His creations following his departure from Cadmus include clones of original Intergang members--Torcher, Gunn, Noose and Rough House--for Moxie Mannheim.[1] After he was caught and imprisoned within Project Cadmus he was able to ally himself with Agenda and make illegal super-powered operatives for the immoral organization like Gene-Gnome.[2]
