Senator Dan Washington is a government official who is responsible for shutting down the We3 biorg weapons program.[1]
History
He directed Roseanne Berry to kill the animals in it but when she refused, they ran for their lives and he attempted to hunt and kill them.[2] After a huge military fiasco where they escaped, he was brought to trial due to the testimony of Doctor Trendle.[3]
