History

White Dragon is a neo Nazi villain. His name is derived from the fact that he was a former Grand Dragon in the Ku Klux Klan. He has pyrokinetic abilities that enable him to fly and shoot balls of fire, and a high-tech suit of armor to protect himself in combat. He employed Meta/Tech, a branch of the Sunderland Corporation to construct his armor for him.

He first appeared as a vigilante crimefighter in Chicago. He targeted only racial minorities for his vigilante activity, but at first he was careful to obey the law, only attacking people who had actually committed crimes, and refraining from killing people. He clashed with Shayera Thal, Hawkwoman, who took offense at his racist and misogynistic ideology and exposed his identity. White Dragon proved a savvy manipulator of the media and used his conflict with Hawkwoman to paint himself as being persecuted for his unpopular political opinions.

When Hawkman and Hawkwoman went underground to escape extradition to Thanagar White Dragon used this as an excuse to go on a rampage through Chicago. He set fire to low-income minority neighborhoods, claiming he had seen Hawkman and Hawkwoman there. Hawkman and Hawkwoman managed to stop him with the assistance of the original Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Carter Hall and Shiera Hall.

Joker Last Laugh

In the event known as "The Joker's Last Laugh",The The Joker believes that with an incurable cancer, and not to be forgotten, he decides to leave his mark on the world. For this it invades the Slabside Penitentiary with a variant of Joker Venom, and turn all the prisoners in versions Jokerize obey his commands. White Dragon was one of the prisoners

One Year Later

In the lost year, Vandal Savage organizes a group of neo-Nazi villains to destroy the legacy of several patriotic American heroes. White Dragon and the Fourth Reich appears in the picnic Heywoods,killing children and women of the family, so no one should become the next Commander Steel,but Justice Society of America appears to detain them .
