Dario Tomasso was the only son and heir of Don Federico Tomasso. As an associate of Catwoman, he's known as Tomcat.
History
He was supposed to inherit his father's place as leader of the crime family, but his father, who thought he was weak, preferred that he be consigliere Noah Godard, Dario's best friend and right-hand man since they were boys, and secretly his boyfriend. Learning of this plan to be replaced by Noah from Catwoman as payment for helping her find the killers of a missing girl named Kristi previously in Black Mask's possession, he felt a heavy blow from the betrayal of both his father and the man he loved and who intended to kill him before their secret romance was discovered.[2]
Rebelling against his father, he intended to kill him by blowing up The Trixie with him, Noah and Black Mask inside, but he was stopped by Catwoman and Onyx, because Selina and her cat lived there. At that moment he offers to help Catwoman take down his father, but before that, she calls on him to help her on another mission, starting a partnership that would lead to a friendship, and eventually Dario would live in Selina's apartment and being one of her agents in Gotham City. The first night he sleeps there, fearing that his family will find him if he checks into a hotel, Dario tells Catwoman that his hyper-traditional father doesn't know anything about his relationship with Noah, as he fears he will be killed because of it.[3]
