The Dark Circle was a secret organization of dark wizards, cultists and evildoers.
History
They sough to take over the world by evil means under the leadership of Tala. Their plans were constantly thwarted by the Phantom Stranger and they were ultimately defeated by the mystic protector and his associates Tannarak and Cassandra Craft.
