- My appearance is inconsequential at the moment. What is not, however, is what is at stake here... which is everything. And when I say everything, Czarnian, that's exactly what I mean. If you do not take this mission, it all ends. Everything.

Synopsis for "Part 1: The Batman Who Frags"
A bar you wouldn't want to be at. In a part of the galaxy you wouldn't want to be in. Six months ago
Lobo is sitting, waiting for a drink from the bartender. He does not like to wait. And the fact he ripped the bartender's arms to beat to death everyone present in the place is not an excuse for the fact that the Main Man does not have a drink in his hand. Still, Lobo understands that he already killed the guy he had to kill, so he takes his body and leaves. Just outside, a freakin Dark Batman attacks him out of nowhere. He's a Batman who, in his dark world, injected himself with Czarnian DNA, transforming himself in the Batman who Frags. They start to fight, and while he was about to deliver a lesson to the bastich, a portal opens, and the Main Man gets absorbed by it...
Earth's Moon.
Lobo was forced to come here by Lex Luthor, and he sure as hell would like a good explanation for that, as he was about to kick some butt. Lex tells him he has a mission, a mission that if failed will bring to the end of everything. And that's not a good thing for the Main Man: if everything dies, how can he make more money? So, Lex tells him the mission is to gather some kind of material, called Death Metal. Well, Lexy even gave the Main Man a good-looking ride for the travel. And of course, promised him a big truckload of gold. And so, the destiny of reality is inside the Main Man's hands....
Meanwhile, the Batman who Frags just healed himself up, and he's ready to deliver some revenge.

Synopsis for "Part Two: What the Frag Is A Death Metal Anyway?!"
Blackhawk Island, Earth-0. Hidden from the rest of the world
The Main Man just arrived inside Blackhawk Island: hidden or not, nothing can escape Lobo. The island smells of jurassic &#!&, but the Main Man is here for a mission: retrieve the Death Metal for Lexy. Lobo also knows that he's been followed since he dropped to the island, and so he attacks first: Black Monday, another fraggin' Dark Knight. The Main Man is sick of seeing their pointy butts. But still, he makes easy work of his enemy to then proceed to the location of his target. Of course, the Metal is guarded: the Hawkman himself is the one protecting it, but after some convincing words from the Main Man, Carter Hall accepts to give him the Metal.
As they enter the sanctuary where the mysterious material is hidden, that bastich, the Batman who Frags, attacks them, destroying the place. But Hawkman had a portal prepared, and both himself and Lobo got through it before it was too late. And so, the Main Man finds himself in fraggin' Gemworld, but he has more important tasks to perform, like test the Death Metal a little bit...

Synopsis for "Part Three: Lobo Land!"
The Main Man is experimenting with the Death Metal, creating Lobo Land, a universe where the Main Man is just every-friggin-where. But as Lobo is having the time of his life, Brainiac comes out of a portal, telling him he must reason, and bring the Death Metal to Lex. How could Brainy be free again? It seems Perpetua's throne was destroyed back on Earth-0, and the Legion was freed. Truth be told, the Main Man is having a lot of fun with his Death Metal, so he's not that intentioned to give it away. But just as Brainiac is about to convince him, the Batman who Frags comes out of nowhere, starting a fight.
The Main Man demonstrates to his weak Batman counterpart that he's the baddest bastich in the universe, and puts him out for good. Than, as Brainiac tells him the key to save the Multiverse might be in his blood, Lobo agrees to give the Metal to Lex, but before that he just got a wonderful idea...

- Collected in Dark Nights: Death Metal - The Multiverse Who Laughs.
Trivia
