Synopsis for "Mean Streets"
Darkstars Ferrin Colos hunts down some low-level thieves who have stolen medicine. His supervisor Sleer Prigatz immediately gives him a new mission after he drops off the hijackers: he is to go to Earth.
Planetside, John Flint investigates a new street drug called Loco and he gets a tip from Mo Douglas at a shelter as to where it is being distributed.
In space, Colos is debriefed on his mission: after a failed Daxamite invasion, drug runners have found that the human population would be particularly vulnerable to a product called Loku and have set up shop on Earth. One of the race known as the Ciminai named Daniiki is presently brokering a deal with corrupt businessman Frank Pappas.
Across town, Mo takes a walk out of the shelter and sees several Loco addicts assault innocent bystanders. As he goes to intervene, Colos lands on Earth and disperses them. He chooses Mo to be his guide on the foreign planet.
Elsewhere, Director Huvah Jeddigar questions Colos' fitness for the job and Flint leads a raid on the Loco distribution only to find aliens.
