Darkstars #29 is an issue of the series Darkstars (Volume 1) with a cover date of March, 1995.
Synopsis for "Blood, Sweat & Fears!"
Ferrin Colos and Huvah Jeddigar walk to their execution when Jeddigar's rebel group crash into the site and rescues them. To Colos' surprise, the one leading the rebels is an alternative version of K'lassh, the mercenary he fought back in his universe. The rebels take Colos to their base in an asteroid field, where Jeddigar gives him a Darkstar Exo-Mantle they stole from the tyrant Colos. Colos accepts the suit and decides to free the Jenuwynians and take them home.
Meanwhile, back in the main universe, John Stewart leads a fleet of refugees from different planets ravaged by Psimon. John deems Mo as fit candidate to look after the refugees due to his background as a homeless man, and Mo accepts the job offer.
On Earth, Donna struggles after losing the custody of her son. Desperate, she turns to Kyle Rayner for counsel. Meanwhile Carla, who also mourns Ferrin Colos' apparent death, finds an old lawyer friend who reminds her how she can help people with the law. She then decides to quit being a Darkstar and go back to being a lawyer.
Elsewhere, the Syndicate continues the war against the forces of the Crimelord.
