Davi is a young man from Xebel currently living on the surface in Amnesty Bay.
History
Like other Xebelians, he was recently extracted from his submarine home country in the midst of an apparent Atlantean conspiracy against Xebel to hide on the surface, posing as a new resident of Amnesty Bay, where he works as a waiter at the Sam's Sea Food.[1] There he personally met Jackson Hyde, the Aqualad, pretending not to know his mother, Lucia, who was actually responsible for extracting Davi from Xebel.[2]
Jackson was instantly attracted to Davi, showing nervousness and stumbling over his words when the charming waiter offered to take their order, while Davi apparently took this as Jackson showing being nice to him. But Lucia realized he was interested in her son as well and called him in for a serious conversation as Aqualad rushed out to help Amnesty Bay Police solve a hostage bank robbery carried out by the Human Flying Fish.[1]

- Atlantean Physiology: The Atlanteans are offshoots of humanity that are biologically adapted to the deep ocean environment. All their abilities are by-products of their bodies being adapted to survive unprotected in the tremendous pressures of the ocean depths.
