David Sutabi was an assistant for Black Mask.

History

He had to deal with the attacks from Man-Bat over Black Mask's properties and territory but he was eventually captured by Hush and burned in a car explosion. Sutabi survived the explosion, but barely alive and badly burned. He made his way back to Hanover Tower's basement and told Black Mask about Murmur before dying.
