History

After suffering a defeat by the Justice League in front of Darkseid, Granny Goodness sent Doctor Bedlam to Bailey to destroy it and ruin Mister Miracle and Barda's life in revenge for what happened. Then, Doctor Bedlam put several pills in the city's water supply, immediately transforming the citizens into half-man, half-enraged beasts.

Capabilities

The De-evolution Pills are capable of changing the genetic structure of a human at the molecular level, transforming them into a sub-human beast with animalistic characteristics and highly violent impulses, destroying everything they see ahead of them, including themselves.
