Dead Pretty Boy is a member of the Titans in the future.
History
In the present, while stopping Mad Mod from resetting time to the 1960s, Robin threw a birdarang into the time machine, causing it to go haywire and explode. Robin and Mad Mod were transported to the distant future where they were surprised to meet Dead Pretty Boy and the future Titans. [1]

- Dead Pretty Boy's appearance was based off the unused design by Teen Titans character designer Derrick Wyatt, which itself was based off the character Dead Pretty Boy from the comic Titans: Scissors, Paper, Stone. [2]
