Synopsis for "Chapter One: A House Awakens"
Berenice can see ghosts, but she hides her abilities. She is in a relationship with a man named Nathan, and they've been living in an old mansion called Glencourt Manor, which Nathan inherited. Berenice is friends with a non-binary person named Sam, who works in an antique shop.
One night Boston Brand comes to Glencourt Manor. He alerts Berenice that there is a ghost and a malevolent spirit in the house. They deduce that the ghost is Adelia Ruskin, and they're able to summon her.
