Synopsis for "Brothers in Arms, Part 4"

Craven orders the Brethren, now including the shapeshifter Doubletake, to set a trap for Backlash using his ex-girlfriend Diane LaSalle as bait.  Cray and Dane have broken into Slayton's home to warn him about Craven and Le Gauche.  During their conversation, Slayton gets a phone call from LaSalle asking for help.  She is a member of Stormforce, and they arrive at her base, Ticonderoga Station, to find signs of a struggle.  Backlash finds LaSalle, and he turns on Cray and Dane after she tells him they still work for IO.  Stormforce arrives and attacks Cray and Dane.  Slayton flees with LaSalle, who is Doubletake in disguise, only to be captured by the Brethren.  They hold him captive with the real Diane LaSalle and proceed to extract his Gen-Factor. Diane breaks free, but Le Gauche shoots and kills her.  Cray and Dane arrive as Backlash cradles her corpse, and the Brethren escape.  Later, Deathblow checks in with Alicia Turner. Both are unaware Craven has discovered she is helping the members of Team 7 and plans to use her as bait to capture Grifter.
