Synopsis for "Brothers in Arms, Part 6"

Inside IO Headquarters, Miles Craven checks in with the Brethren and then, aided by Kaizen Gamorra, begins a procedure to upload his mind.  The Brethren assume control of IO security, displacing Frank Colby.  Outside, Team 7 and Gen 13 fight their way through armored guards into a service tunnel. They are met by Colby who uses his access to get them inside.  Backed up by Black Hammers, the Brethren attack them.  Deathblow sends Gen 13 with Colby to free Alicia Turner.  Team 7 battles the Brethren and are amazed when Cray, powered by the Gen-Factor, rapidly heals from lethal gunshot wounds.  Gen 13, Colby, and Turner soon catch up with them and help defeat the Brethren.  To Gen 13's chagrin, Lynch tells Colby to stay with them while Team 7 confronts Craven alone. Once they find him, he taunts Deathblow with the revelation that he had Le Gauche murder Cray's parents for helping Simon Tsung escape and that their supposed deaths at the hands of terrorists was a cover story.  Nearby, Gen 13 hears a single gunshot, and Turner stops them from responding.  Team 7 exits.  Craven is dead.
